Julia Evans FRAGS, Chief Executive
Julia has been managing Longlands Farm for the past 15 years. She is a Fellow of the Royal Agricultural Society has been running a Riding for the Disabled group based on the farm for the last twenty years. She is a qualified RDA instructor and has her PTLLS (Preparing to Teach in the Lifelong Learning Sector). She is married to Bill and they have four grown up children. She holds a level 3 certificate in Person Centred Counselling and is completing a degree in training in Child and Adult Mental Health.
Trevor comes from a farming background on a large arable/dairy estate in Cornwall. He worked for the Prison service on a farm, training inmates in roles from tractor operation to stock tasks. He is a qualified driving instructor and worked for 7 years as a carer at the Lea Castle Centre, Kidderminster with young people and adults who have learning difficulties and behavioural problems.
Linda is a qualified teacher who has worked in a range of schools across Worcestershire. She volunteers at Longlands RDA and has been a Sea Scout Leader. She has a keen interest in horses and enjoys teaching Equine Studies. Ever keen to learn more, she is currently expanding her knowledge and skills in this area as she works to attain a Diploma in Horse Care and Riding.
Andrew has a degree in Forensic and Applied Biology which included modules in environmental science and ecology. He has had 15 years experience in the hospitality industry and has a keen interest in gardening and cooking. He teaches Employability, Personal Skills and catering. Andrew also supports other members of team covering most aspects of the farm.

In addition to the full time team, a number of other sessional staff and volunteers contribute a wide breadth of experience and knowledge to the team.
